Jess has been practising yoga for two decades. Her experience of the huge benefits of yoga drew her from personal practice to teaching.
In classes students are encouraged to look inward and explore their personal practice. She teach postures using contemporary knowledge of the body, focusing on each individual and their experience of a pose.
Jess trained with one of the most respected & experienced teachers in the country, Bridget Woods Kramer. She continues to learn and seeks out opportunities to further develop her teaching skills and her own practice. teachers include Adam Husler, Jason Crandel and Zephyr Wildman.
Yoga is so much more than bendiness. Accessing strength and increasing flexibility are bi products of the practice. It is a personal, private exploration of the self, an opportunity to connect with your deepest inner teacher and the lessons we learn about ourselves through practice, are often carried off the mat into our daily existence.
